The Management of the company is committed to the faithful implementation of the Quality Management System as well as to the continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
It sets objectives that will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
It maintains the quality of all products consistently.
It ensures the continuous satisfaction of the requirements and needs of customers in the domestic and foreign markets.
It stays informed about legislative provisions and specifications regarding its products and ensures compliance with them..
All employees, management and staff are committed to performing our tasks, duties and obligations in compliance with this Quality Management Manual and Quality Procedures.
The Management of the company declares that it will provide all the necessary human and material resources for the implementation of the quality objectives, for the successful implementation of the Quality Management System, the information and training of personnel in the above and assigns to the Quality Management Director the duties of coordinating and monitoring the implementation of this system.
The company's policy is to treat all customers with the same logic, considering that everyone has the highest expectations. The company acknowledges that its real 'customer' is the end consumer, who has very high standards and must always be completely satisfied.
In order to implement the Quality Policy, the Company operates on the basis of the following principles
-each employee is responsible for the quality of his/her own work
-each supervisor is responsible for the quality of the work
of his/her department
-all employees are fully informed about the Company’s Quality Management System
-the company provides all the necessary resources (machinery, instruments,
tools, materials, training) to achieve the quality objectives
- all actions that may affect quality are carried out in accordance with the established procedures of the Quality Management System.
- all quality control data are analyzed and used in a continuous effort to improve quality
-the company has a Quality Management Director who is appointed by the company and has the authority and organizational independence to
ensure that the company's Quality Management System operates and adheres to the with ISO 9001:2015 standard:
Any deviations will prompt immediate corrective actions.
The Quality Policy of the company constitutes the cornerstone for achieving the company's objectives and remains steadfast. Within the framework of this Quality Policy, Management has defined specific quality objectives, which are:
- Delivering high-quality services that fully satisfy contractual obligations.
- Increasing customer satisfaction.
The quantitative targets of these objectives, the responsible parties, and the timeline for their achievement are determined at the beginning of the year and are reviewed during the Quality Management System audits.
